Anthony Marengo Jr., DDS, PA

Dr. Anthony Marengo, Jr. graduated from the University of Missouri in 1985. Dr. Marengo has been practicing in Olathe KS since 1986. For his entire career practicing dentistry, Dr. Marengo has excelled in keeping up to date on many continuing education classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. Dr. Marengo has been a long time member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church . He and his wife, Toni, have two children, Heather and Nicholas. Dr. Marengo’s hobbies include golfing, boating, and traveling. Dr. Marengo is a proud member of the American Dental Association , Kansas Dental Association , Fifth District Dental Society of Johnson County and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry .

I wish to serve you in the most caring, conscientious way that I can. You can expect me to be fun, yet professional; kind, compassionate and gentle; and to provide you and your family with absolutely excellent dentistry. I am proud of the quality of treatment that we provide, and of the true value of dental care that we can give back to our community.

Dr. Sylvester graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2006. After receiving his degree, Dr. Sylvester completed a one year, advanced education in general dentistry residency followed by an eight-month long implant education. Using this post-graduate education, Dr. Sylvester is able to provide full mouth rehabilitation for patient’s missing one or all of their teeth. In his spare time, Dr. Sylvester enjoys spending time with his two young daughters, Annabelle and Sophia.

I was inspired to become a dentist to help serve the public and to help people achieve a better quality of life. I am especially concerned with patients who are apprehensive or afraid of the dentist. I understand their fears and make it my goal to make my patients feel comfortable and relaxed.

Sara

Sara is a registered dental hygienist and has worked for Dr. Marengo since 2008. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, outdoor activities, sports, and of course cheering on her Huskers!

Christa is a registered dental hygienist and has worked with Dr. Marengo since 2010. She attended hygiene school at JCCC and graduated in 2008. Her loves include hanging out with her dog Hurley, friends and family, cooking, jogging and catching the latest episode of “Modern Family” with her husband Nathan.

Kendel

Kendel graduated from Concorde with a degree in dental hygiene. She was recognized in her class by receiving the clinician of the term award! She loves volunteering in events such as Team Smile for kids and enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs.

Hunter is a dental hygienist and has worked at Esthetic Enhancement since 2022. She attended hygiene school at UMKC and graduated in 2018. Her favorite activities include hanging out with her friends and family but most importantly her dogs and her husband.

Erin is a dental assistant that works side-by-side with Dr. Marengo. Originally from Topeka, Erin has lived in Olathe since 1999 and moved here to work with Dr. Marengo. Erin and her husband Chris have one daughter, Sophie. Erin enjoys drinking wine, reading and cheering on KU, the Royals and Chiefs!

Bianca has been a dental assistant since 2006 and works chairside with Dr. Sylvester and loves to provide outstanding care to her patients! She enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her husband and son.

Brandy has worked as a dental assistant since 2007 and works chairside with Dr. Kim. Her favorite part of her job is creating strong relationships with her patients and outside of work enjoys spending time with her family.

Kim is the insurance and patient services coordinator for Dr. Marengo’s office. She has three children and graduated from Olathe North high school and went to Kansas City Medical and Dental Careers.This is where she met Anthony Marengo, Jr. She has worked for Dr. Marengo for too many years to mention.

Dr. Marengo Jr and his assistance are the GREATEST. The office atmosphere and the music made the visit relaxing and comfortable. I went to him to correct a bridge I had received from another dentist. ( That dentist had me looking like the smiling dog in the Trident commercial) I HATED THOSE BIG TEETH. Dr. Marengo is a MIRACLE WORKER. Went in for a filling replacement on the underside of my left front tooth that previously had a root canal done by another dentist. My appointment with Dr. Marengo was at 12pm, I was out of the chair at 12:09!! Dr. Marengo is thorough and meticulous!!! I can't even feel the filling, it's flush with the surface of my tooth! My sedation meds did not work for me this time and he calmly walked me through EVERY step. He was calm and reassuring and took time with me.
